Making time to self-reflect and evaluate life is crucial to mental health and wellness. Therapy offers the structure needed to help you stop and really think about what you need and how to get there. Maybe you’re looking to power through stuck-points or clarify personal values; you might even just want a place to express frustrations of daily life. Whatever it is you’re needing from therapy, I am here to be a non-judgmental listener and collaborator.

In our society, we are expected to keep many thoughts and feelings to ourselves — so it’s difficult to know who you can really open up to. Therapy provides open space to unpack thoughts and feelings. It’s never over-sharing or “too much” to talk through your challenges, even if you have a lot of details or cyclical thoughts that you need to replay. I’ll be here to listen, care, and offer evidence-based strategies throughout the process.
