
Late-Identified Autistic & AuDHD (education & identity development)
This group combines learning, personal development, and group processing to offer members a balanced variety of support. Each week we will spend about 30 minutes reviewing neurodiversity psychoeducation material or working on exercises together. The remaining 1 hour will go toward group processing neurodivergent topics and relating over shared experiences. At the end of the 9-week program, members will be given the option to opt-in to sharing their contact information with the group.
Who can join? Formally diagnosed, self-dx, and questioning Autistic or AuDHD adults. Must be a Texas residents over 18 years of age.

ADHD & Autistic Support Group
(meet other neurodivergent adults)
This group is a 1-hour meeting for Neurodivergent adults who would like to meet other ND’s in Texas and share experiences. This group is always open as long as at least 2 members are scheduled to attend.
Who can join? Formally diagnosed, self-dx, and questioning Autistic or ADHD adults. Must be a Texas residents over 18 years of age.
